Tenneh was in a footwear store at the Philadelphia Mills, searching for stable, cushioned sneakers, as she had just joined an early morning walking club. Her hair was cornrowed in a mohawk style, and her short physique dramatized her red skorted jumpsuit.
After circling back to the clearance aisle thrice, an inquisitive shopper stopped her to ask who the designer of her outfit was. She explained that it was locally designed by AnaiahAviyah Sewing and Boutique, and then turned and walked away. After leaving, she thought about sharing the Designer’s information with the shopper, so she doubled back to the clearance section.
The lady had disappeared, but the person she saw was a destiny changer. He was the CEO of VirgilShotz, a local photography company. Her child saw him as a role model, and it was her wish to have them meet one day. Right there, she knew it was the right time to make her request.
Indeed, only God can get the praise from Tenneh’s circling and doubling back…
